Sharon Shepherd
I grew up in the rural Hemet area of California, where my lifelong love affair with horses began. As a youngster, I spent my summers on my grandparents’ cherry ranch in Cherry Valley, picking fruit and riding my horse through Yucaipa and Redlands. Those early years shaped not only my appreciation for hard work and country living, but also my deep connection to the communities I serve today.

I attended Cal Poly Pomona before it became a university, and I later built a successful career in the computer industry. After living in the Riverside area for more than 40 years, I transitioned into real estate in 1989, bringing with me a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a love for all things tech. That blend of experience helps me bring both personal insight and practical tools to every transaction.

Today, I proudly serve clients throughout the Inland Empire in residential, multi-unit, and equestrian properties. I currently work with Norco Realty in Norco, California — Horsetown USA — a perfect fit for both my professional expertise and personal passion for the equestrian lifestyle. With more than 30 years of real estate experience, I am known for my patience, understanding, professionalism, and determination to get the job done.

When I’m not helping clients, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my six fabulous grandchildren, whom I absolutely adore and, of course, spoil rotten — that’s my job as a grandma. After family, my greatest passion is my Quarter Horses. I used to show casually, but these days I’m happiest out on the trail, riding for fun and adventure. One of my goals is to make the Red Rock Trail Ride in Utah Canyon Country, and I can hardly wait. As for slowing down? Not likely. If the day ever comes when I can’t ride, I just might learn to drive a four-up hitch instead.
